DIRECTOR

Deacon Val Ross is the Director of Our Daily Bread. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of ODB, its volunteers, and activities. Deacon Val’s passion in life is centered around his relationship with Jesus Christ, bringing others to know Him, and feeding those in need.

He is a Deacon for the Roman Catholic Church of the Oklahoma City Archdiocese under the Most Rev. Paul S. Coakley. He serves the parishes of St. Francis Xavier and St. Gregory the Great, both in Enid. Deacon Val serves on the School Advisory Council for St. Joseph Catholic School, and serves on the board for Enid Outreach Services. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management, with a primary focus in hotel and restaurant management. He also has a bachelor’s degree in pastoral ministry.

Deacon Val cherishes his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is an avid fisherman and would do so all day long if the Lord allowed.
